There are cases of design mistakes that have been overlooked. With our informed art department, designs are carefully and thoroughly cross-checked for common design errors(alignment, misspelling etc.) However if you have specific instructions, feel  free to reach out to our customer service.

Stiqashop has made shopping easy, once you’ve found the product you want to buy, just follow the steps below

  • Click on ‘add to cart’ to add the product to your cart.
  • Click on ‘view cart’ and checkout
  • Register an account or login into your account if you already have an account by entering your email and password
  • Enter your shipping/billing information ensuring your address is accurate Choose your preferred payment option
  • Click on confirm order to complete your order.

    Soon as your order is completed you’ll receive a confirmation email from us or we’ll call you for conformity or need more details as regards to your order. If you’re still in doubt as to whether your order is confirmed or not, feel free to contact us an hour after your order has been placed.

Payments are made before orders are processed and confirmed by our delivery associates. However, you can open the package in front of the delivery agent for conformity and if the product got damaged or is not  in line with your order, then call our customer care service so we’ll inform the delivery agent so the said product can be replaced.

Simply click on the customize button, all kinds of tools you need are on the left hand side of the page, click on any tool of your choice and edit it to suit your taste. You can also change the product you wish to customize by clicking the change product at the top left hand side of the page.
